Hi Rich, The drive around Oahu was a blast. I’d go again in a second! I think you could take a day trip around Oahu every day for a week and see something different every day. Fumi’s Blue shrimp truck is a great tip! I’ll have to add it to the second edition of this post, for the next time we’re in Oahu.
