Fabulous list! Especially love the freezer pops! Yummy! Wanted to add to your list my fave antiperspirant. I’m a sweater on a cold day, so I need the kind of protection that won’t wilt in the heat. My wife and I are going on a hike this weekend and I always have troubles staying cool while outside. I really like the idea to wear workout clothes that are designed to keep you cool, I never knew workout clothes were designed to do that! I will be sure to buy some workout clothes soon so I can stay cool for our hike!

Never underestimate the power of squirt guns! Great fun and totally cooling! Also, I use a product called Anti Monkey Butt. It has different ingredients from the average baby powder, for one, it doesn’t have talc. Also, it leaves the tushy and other potentially sweaty parts soft and smooth. Of course, it won’t help you in a squirt gun battle. But definitely helps when you’re working in the hot summer sun.

Great list. Staying hydrated is so important. Have come across so many tourists in cities even, walking around dead because they don’t drink enough water. And getting up early is a great way to beat the afternoon sun. I do love all the nifty technology there is, especially like usb fans and of course ice-cream and the right clothing is essential.
